马布里带队严把细节 菜鸟教练得到队员认可

北控男篮新帅马布里在训练中。

他在球场中央踱着步,一只手背在身后,一只手不经意地晃悠着哨绳,双眼则紧盯着身边飞奔而过的球员,目光犀利,不怒自威。

这眼神,属于曾经NBA赛场上的“独狼”、CBA总决赛最有价值球员,如今属于北控男篮新任主教练——马布里。昨天,记者来到球队驻地,见到了上任已两周的老马。“这段时间感觉还不错,但我更关心的是,球员这半个月练得都很好。”老马用对队伍的评价,代替了对自己的阶段性评价,“我很高兴,看到队伍每天都在变得越来越好。”

“菜鸟”教练的新理念

尽管作为球员荣誉等身,但这还是老马第一次执掌职业球队帅印。不过,经过两周的“亲密接触”,这位“菜鸟”教练已经得到了队员的充分认可。“尤其在细节方面,他提出的要求给队伍带来了很多改变。”队长于梁说。

据了解,北控男篮目前有相当一部分队员因接受手术、随国奥队征战等原因尚未归队,参与训练的十余名球员多为试训球员。因此,这两周的训练以运球、投篮等基础技术为主。但老马并未因此有丝毫懈怠,依然时刻盯紧每一个人,不仅严把细节关,更不时亲自上阵。

“往前运一步,然后跳投,不是原地拍一下。”老马及时“叫停”正在投篮的内线球员张铭浩,并上前作出示范动作。

“要像比赛一样传球,接球时集中精力。”说罢,老马撒丫子从中场奔向篮下,做了一次跑位。

“他经常强调,要从训练时就把细节做好,哪怕是最基础的环节。”于梁认为,比起先进的技战术,“马指导”带来的新理念更重要,“比如他一直强调减少失误,要求我们珍惜每一个球,不要随便把机会葬送掉,这是队伍整体实力提升的基础。而且他很强调团队篮球,不喜欢我们单打独斗,希望每个队员都能分享球,让球运转起来,给队友创造更好的机会。打对抗时,每当出现精彩的传球,他就会鼓掌。同时,他更喜欢以鼓励的方式去帮助球员进步,而不是批评、挑毛病,这令年轻球员很受鼓舞。”

将自己的“篮球哲学”灌输给球员,正是马布里现阶段为自己制定的工作重点。“我虽然是个新手教练,但我打了很多年篮球,也从很多教练身上学到了很多东西。我也很了解中国教练的执教方式,我会把我的理念和队员习惯的东西融合在一起,让大家尽快适应。”老马认为,打球和执教有相通之处,“总之,我很乐意接受新身份带来的挑战。”

垫底球队要更刻苦

从训练入手,不止于行动,更在于精神层面。球员时期,马布里就以拼搏精神著称,天没亮就到球馆开练、抽完积液打比赛等事迹早已传为佳话。如今,执起教鞭的老马,希望将这股拼劲儿带到球队中。

“上赛季我们是联盟倒数第一,很显然,这支队伍必须要作出改变。”上任之时,马布里在对队员讲话时只提出了一个要求——全情投入、毫无保留。此后的每一堂训练课,“态度”都是他最注重的,“希望大家都能明白,赢球不像说说那么简单,需要靠日积月累的刻苦训练来达成。”

“Really(真的)?真的是最后一项了吗?”听到老马说训练接近尾声,张铭浩不禁喜笑颜开地问。投篮训练前,他刚刚换下一件被汗水浸透的上衣。才不到半小时,新衣又湿了一大片。

听到张铭浩问,老马也笑了,“是的,最后了。”笑过之后,他也没忘再次强调,“平时训练投得越多,比赛时命中率就越高,才会越自信。上赛季你们经常在没人防守的情况下投不进,就是因为功夫没下够。”

作为队长,也是队中以敬业著称的老将,于梁对此深有感触。“我觉得大家应该更多地去学习这种精神。尤其年轻球员,很多人可能安逸惯了,缺乏竞争心态,不能理解为什么受伤还要坚持训练。”32岁的于梁,每堂训练课后都要用厚厚的冰袋包裹住膝盖,“这两周,虽然队伍人员还不齐整,但训练量挺大的。不过全情投入是每个职业球员的本分,没有训练打基础,比赛不可能发挥出高水平。”

球队的翻译李升阳则说,与老马再次合作,对方的身份变了,本质却没怎么变,“他在这里打球时,就是一名很认真的球员,也影响到了身边的人。现在,他也是一名很认真的教练。”

“北控,加油!”随着全体将帅齐声高喊,一天的训练结束了。老马背起双肩包走出大门,身后重归寂静的球馆里,一行大字格外醒目:训练多流汗,比赛少遗憾。
